I am having auditions for my new movie "Aberrant Behavior" Saturday June Seventh at Mamma Buzz Cafe in downtown Oaklands Art District 2318 Telegraph Ave from 4-6PM. If your interested in the movie you can e-mail me at: aberrantbehaviormovie@gmail.com. I have already casted some of the roles and have people working on it, I just have not cast all of them yet and of course the female lead.

There will be some paid roles (of course the leads) but this is a low budget (around 25-35,000 or so) affair so it won't be a whole lot. Just to warn you.

Aberrant Behavior, is basically a love story about two self destructive anarchistic-y street kids who have an exaggerated form of pica, a disorder where people feel compelled to eat non-food materials, carpet, dirt, soap, drano, various chemicals, etc. as portrayed as a drug addiction. They have a very co-dependent relationship and with there disorders too , they literally destroy each other.

There's more to it, but that's the basic synopsis. If you can't make it to the auditions, you can send me a head shot with resume, or whatever you want. We can then decide when and where to meet.

THERE WILL BE SOME SEXUALITY AND NUDITY FOR THE TWO LEADS, AS WELL AS MISTY AND FOGGY TO A LESSER DEGREE. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME FOR THOSE ROLES, IF YOUR NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THAT. THANK YOU.

I will be hiring for many roles, all ages (over 18) races, sizes, etc. But here are the main characters:
Main Characters:

LEADS:
Victor Muertos: (Mid to late twenties) Half Mexican/Half white (Half latino/half white will probably work). Black hair, down to chin and five o clock shadow. (Flexible though). Tall and thin but not too thin. Dark, brooding, depressed, prone to long winded sarcastic, cynical rants. Living off the state for mental depression, and addiction, but eventually breaks himself from the state. He hates the state, and normal life in general. He hates almost everything. He is sort of sloppy hipster, slightly emo, slight slight slight goth meets street kid. Light or no body mod, piercings, etc. He eventually lives on the street because of choice. He falls in love with Aiko. SOME NUDITY AND SEXUALS SITUATIONS REQUIRED-CAST

Aiko Zumbi (18-early twenties or look like it) Half Japanese/Half German (or Japanese, or half Japanese/Half white). Shorter than Victor, thin but still slightly curvy.
Street kid with a bit of dark hippie. Has been sexually abused as a child. Prone to violence. Prone to long winded rants, or sometimes just total silence. Dark, cynical, with a very bleak view of life. Body mods, tattoo's, piercings, fine. Dreaded or colored hair fine as well. Actually preffered. She falls in love with Victor. SOME NUDITY AND SEXUAL SITUATIONS REQUIRED.

SUPPORTING LEADS:
Pedida Muertos- (20's -40's)-Mexican- Victor's nearly catatonic - mute drug addict mother, who is usually messing around with strange men, and drugged up. Mostly abuses Victor through neglect. Mostly shown in flashbacks, but one scene in present as well. Young actress aged to look older in present, or vice versa.

Misty & Foggy (20's) two girls that Victor and Chad meet at the bar, who are wasted, and act and look like twins. Very ditzy, drunk, corporate, normal. They take Victor and Chad back to there place. Drunken debauchery ensues.

Spic 'N' Span (20's -40's)- One of the horrible mascots for the advertising firm Victor works for, "Spic n Span's Whiten it up" Cleaning product. They play racist cliched versions of mexican house workers. Think Samo. It's meant to be horrible, and it of course offends Victor.

Aiko's Father-
A militant cold hearted man who sexually abuses aiko. Must be bilingual Japanese & English

Aiko's Mother-
Always screaming at Aikos father. Bi-lingual fluent in German & English

VARIOUS:
Hipster's (18-30) Some with speaking roles. A house party Victor crashes.

Office workers (20's -on) Some with speaking roles.

Various small roles for the horrible commercials and promo's from the firm Victor briefly works for

Other roles as well-Not listed

Here ye here ye!

A Santa Cruz based children’s entertainment company, http://www.happilyeverlaughterparties.com is on the search for a new performer! This is the perfect way to add some sparkle to your life (and extra cash) while only working 1-2 days per week! You can live anywhere in the Bay Area, as the position requires travel to several different cities. If you have an eye for costume and make-up design, and a knack for making children laugh, this may be your dream come true!

Unlike most children’s entertainment providers, we do not use wigs or franchised characters. We like to remind children what can happen if you just let your imagination run wild, instead of just copying the television/movie characters. Each costume is hand-made by the head Faerie (Fae) and truly unique.

Job Description;

Attend events around the Bay Area as a whimsical character (Mermaid, Faerie, Princess etc) and perform a simple magic show, twist colorful balloons, paint faces, make puppets come alive, and many other fun activities! Each performance is only an hour and a half and your compensation will be $80.00 (plus tips!)...and sometimes more (sometimes parties are longer in which case you are compensated $30 per extra 1/2 hr. Also, if you party is more than 1 hour from your home, you are compensated $30 per extra hour of driving, roundtrip). As you gain experience, you may have the option to attend 3-4 parties a weekend!

Full Faerie training will be provided to the right applicant. The training will consist of 3-4 sessions of 2-3 hours in Santa Cruz. Your compensation will begin after your initial training (these are skills you get to keep for a lifetime) with your first tag-a-long (where you get to see a real live Faerie perform!). With proper practice, you could begin performing by the end of April! Again, the training will take place at the Tree House headquarters in Santa Cruz, CA...the schedule is quite flexible. After each training session, you will be required to rehearse on your own time to prepare for a final performance for me (the head Faerie). If you have too much on your plate (full time student+extra job+slaying dragons in the evenings), you should not apply for this job. It takes a lot of time to become a true Faerie, but the reward is immense. Once trained, the job doesn't take much time at all. Just 1.5 hours per party!

You must have your own, reliable vehicle, as you may have to travel up to 1 hour away (depending on where you live) for the event. Most shows are in San Jose or San Francisco. You also MUST be punctual. Being on time (and even early) is more important than anything else. If this is a problem for you, do not apply. I ask that you are available 3 weekends a month, with one weekend off (if you want, you can work 4 weekends). Anytime off must be requested at least one month in advance.

Applicants are strongly recommended to have experience with theater, young children, music, glitter, and working independently.

Email your resume to (please, NO phone calls)
happilyeverlaughter@gmail.com
and include a current photo of yourself, any special talents, and at least 3 references (not family). These positions usually yield a lot of applicants, so I encourage you to make your resume stand out! This is one job where creativity comes first, so let it shine! Good luck!

Respectfully,
Fae Diddle Diddle

He also has a very special place in his heart for the Perry family and lives by the motto Love Thy Neighbor as Thy self. The father of Asia and Vega Yamowitz, husband of Esther and brother of Tabby. Betsy Perry: Female, 18-24, white. (lead) A rebellious teen who years earlier learned to hate Christmas when a drunk Santa told her she was getting "Nuttin' for Christmas." What she did not know was her father had been laid off that year. In the present, she wrecks havoc in her community stealing Christmas decorations, vandalizing displays and writing nasty Santa letters to kids. She does become smitten during the story with a young man named Marcus Hall, who she hopes will take her to the town's Winter Solace dance. Lean times will however will be met when her father is laid off work by Edwards Supplies when they outsource their hardware distribution business. Jerry Perry: Male, 41-50, white. The father of paternal twins Betsy and Harmony Perry. He is a hardware distribution supplies representative whose job has been outsourced to India after more than 20 years with the company. He becomes very depressed as he feels his family will once again have a horrible Christmas. Things are compounded when his wife is forced to take time off from work due to her failing health. Dee Dee Perry: Female, 25-30, white. She is a maid for one of the richest families in town, the Everhams. She is forced to take time off from her demanding job at the Everham home, when she coughs up blood. She is Jerry's wife and Betsy and Harmony's mom. Cleo Everham: Female, 25-3o, white. A councilwoman in the town. She is from very old money and belongs to one of the wealthiest families in the town. Looks down on the Perry family as the wrong type of people, even though she employs her former classmate Dee Dee. She is presently playing a very active role in getting Mayor Skip Martin elected to the state senate. She has even arranged for a big media blitz by raffling off a historic Victorian house in town during the holidays in hopes of getting the mayor free publicity with a Norman Rockwell type moment. She currently has taken her late sister's son Marcus Hall into the home. She is also the mother of Ursula and wife of Les Everham. Harmony Perry: Female, 18-24, white. The paternal twin of Betsy. She is the only one of the Perrys that is class conscious. She has always surrounded herself with the rich and popular in town, especially Ursula Everham. She shuns her family and believes she will rise above them. Ballet background a plus. Marcus Hall: Male, 18-24, white. The rebellious teenage nephew of Cleo. His mother, who was known in Kentucky as "Mother Christmas" for her wonderful decorating for Lexington's Crazy About Christmas Contest, died of ovarian cancer. Les Everham: Male, 31-40, white. The owner of the Everham finance company. His company currently maintains control over many of the rented and mortgaged properties in town. He owns the mortgage for the Perry's house. While a slender man, he uses his goon Walton Simmons as reinforcement when he delivers eviction notices or threatens people. While his family once had money, the Everham family lost most of their fortune following the stock market crash of 1987. He married Cleo Miller, his current wife, to secure his future.
